The building is located in Kalo Chorio Limassol, and it was for years the main mill of the area. We were asked to convert it into a museum and an exhibition space. So the building was restored to its old form, by removing the plaster and displaying the stonework and by restoring the window frames and the machines. All the necessary work for the static strengthening of the building was made with traditional materials and with respect to the historicity of the building. All the changes and additions that made in order to fulfill the objective of the building program, were made in order to "protect" and promote the traditional building, with morphological distinction of the new and the old.
