The completion of the project was in 2009. It is a building from the 1940s, that housed a cafe on the ground floor and a house on the first floor. Morphologically both functions were distinguished externally, since the lower level was built with exposed stonework, while the floor was coated. The building program required to convert the whole complex into one dwelling. This fact did not affect the restoration, since by preserving the distinction between the materials we kept unaffected the historicity and the authenticity of the building. The window frames that could be preserved, were preserved and all the new that were used are replicas of the original. All the colors were attributed as the original. Interesting is the fact that the typology of residence differs from the typical village houses and has an urban character, which denotes that the original owner was very wealthy.
