In, this bioclimatic house, a minimalist direction based on modernist standards was followed with the aim to distinguish the true architectural features without unnecessary decorations and excesses. The central concept is analyzed in the development of a main white volume which interacts with other smaller ones, which are separated by their material - gray and wood. The bioclimatic character of the building originates from the fact that the volumes "open" to the south while they "turn their back" to the north. In this context, a horizontal shelter is developed on the south and east side, providing sun protection both to the openings and to the exterior veranda of the building. The environmental orientation of the house, is completed with the use of thermal insulated materials, the arrangement of openings to provide adequate natural ventilation, and by the use of active systems, such as a 3kW photovoltaic system.
